The Heavy Duty Gravity Flow Rack, model 27604, is a starter unit featuring four levels with dimensions of 72"W x 72"D x 72"H. This multi-level storage unit is equipped with a SpanTrack WheelBed, facilitating front feeds and maintaining products at the pick point. Constructed from 1-3/4" square tube steel, the uprights and horizontal beams ensure durability, while welded base plates allow for secure floor anchoring. The posts are punched at 1" on center for customizable configurations, and the powder coat finish adds to its longevity. The wheels feature a 1.6" hex hub with a low friction design and a 5/16" steel axle. Each of the three levels has a capacity of 1000 lb. and the kit includes four upright posts, four front-to-back beams, and two cross beams per level, making for easy assembly.
