The Valley Craft® heavy-duty box dumper features a dump height of 48 inches and a chute size of 36" x 36", with a robust capacity of 2,000 pounds. These box dumpers are constructed from heavy-duty all-welded steel, designed to handle loads ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 pounds, providing reliability and stability through direct bolting to the floor. The dumping mechanism is fully powered up and gravity down, allowing contents to be dumped completely within one minute for efficient operation. The chute is equipped with a 1/4" plate steel base and 7-gauge sides. The unit includes a handy rotary-switch control that activates the chute and allows for a dump height adjustment of 36", 48", 60", or 72". Additionally, it features an adjustable hold down bar that can be positioned at heights ranging from 30 to 42 inches (on 2" centers), as well as a 20-foot pigtail corded hand pendant control with a magnetic back panel for easy access and remote use.
