The Hoffman CSD202012 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 20.00 x 20.00 x 12.00 inches and is constructed from durable steel with a gray finish, making it ideal for machine control applications. Its design features include flush quarter-turn latches and the option for solid or window single-door and two-door landscape configurations. The enclosure maintains a streamlined aesthetic with continuously welded seams and corner-formed doors. Practical features comprise easy-to-remove hinge pins equipped with a built-in captivation clip, high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, and a minimum-width body flange for a maximum door opening of 210 degrees. Additionally, the external formed body flange, interchangeable doors, and seamless foam-in-place gasket enhance functionality. The enclosure comes with provision for mounting optional Concept panels and other accessories, hidden hinges, and panel mounting studs. It has mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets and a grounding stud on the body. The hardware kit included comprises panel mounting nuts, panel grounding hardware, and sealing washers. The single-door versions feature a three-point latch system on units where the height is equal to or greater than 42 inches, while window-door models include a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface. Two-door models are designed with an overlapping door design for full-width access and a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door. The enclosure is compliant with relevant certifications and standards, ensuring reliability and safety in various mounting configurations.
