The CM® Columbus McKinnon Bandit ratchet lever hoist has a capacity of 1-1/2 tons and a lift of 10 feet, making it the lightest and most compact hoist in its class. This portable hoist features the world's first HMI-certified ratchet lever with RFID technology, designed for rugged yet lightweight construction that allows for easy transport and use in confined spaces. The easy free chaining feature enables quick take-up and positioning of slack chain while preventing accidental free chaining under load. It includes a 360° rotating handle for versatile rigging options in tight spaces, along with double reduction gearing that ensures low handle effort during operation. The hoist is equipped with a screwed-on comfortable rubber grip for a secure hold. It meets ASME B30.21 standards and features an enclosed Weston type load brake, which remains clean and dry for reliable load positioning. The upper and lower hooks have standard forged safety latches for secure load engagement and are bolted on for easy removal and inspection. These hooks feature extra wide throat openings for easier attachment to pick points and swivel 360° for faster positioning. The impact-resistant stamped steel housing is designed to withstand repeated rigorous use, complemented by a standard powder coat finish on the housing and zinc plating on major components for enhanced corrosion protection in harsh environments. The hoist comes with a 100% load tested gold chromate chain that ensures proven chain integrity and corrosion resistance.
