The CM® Columbus McKinnon Bandit Ratchet Lever Hoist has a capacity of 1-1/2 tons and a lift height of 15 feet. It is the world’s first HMI-certified ratchet lever hoist equipped with RFID technology, featuring a rugged yet lightweight design that is easily portable and suitable for use in confined spaces. The hoist incorporates an easy free chaining feature that allows for quick take-up and positioning of slack chain and is designed to prevent accidental free chaining while under load. The 360-degree rotating handle offers versatility in rigging options, particularly in tight spaces. Double reduction gearing ensures easy operation with low handle effort, while the screwed-on rubber grip provides a secure hold in various environments. The hoist meets ASME B30.21 standards and includes an enclosed Weston type load brake to maintain cleanliness and ensure positive load positioning. Both the upper and lower hooks come with standard forged safety latches for secure load engagement, featuring extra wide throat openings for easier attachment and a 360-degree swivel for efficient positioning. The impact-resistant stamped steel housing is designed to withstand rigorous use, and it is finished with a standard powder coat along with zinc plating on major components to enhance corrosion resistance in harsh conditions. It also features a 100% load tested gold chromate chain, ensuring proven chain integrity and resistance to corrosion.
