It is equipped with double reduction gearing for easy operation with low handle effort, and the screwed-on comfortable rubber grip ensures a secure hold in all environments. This hoist is the world's first HMI-certified ratchet lever hoist with RFID technology, ensuring advanced tracking and safety. It meets ASME B30.21 standards and has an enclosed Weston type load brake that remains clean and dry for reliable load positioning. The upper and lower hooks feature standard forged safety latches for secure load engagement and are designed with extra-wide throat openings for easier attachment to pick points. These hooks can swivel 360° for faster positioning, and the impact-resistant stamped steel housing is designed to withstand repeated rigorous use. It has a standard powder coat finish on the housing and zinc plating on major components to provide extra protection against corrosion in harsh environments.
