All crates are in accordance with IPPC - ISPM 15 guidelines, making them export certified and heat treated stamped. They are built to ASTM standards for wood cleated panelboard shipping boxes. The materials used in construction include CDX plywood, 1 x 4, 2 x 4, 3 x 4, and 4 x 4 lumber, featuring 3/8" CDX plywood walls and a 1/2" CDX plywood bottom, all made from #2 heat treated lumber. Each kit includes a lid and the crate is fully assembled, although a screwdriver is needed for panel removal. Custom wood crates are available to meet both domestic and international shipping needs. The dimensions provided are the inside dimensions of the product.
