All crates are in accordance with IPPC - ISPM 15 guidelines, ensuring they are export certified and heat treat stamped. Each crate is constructed to meet ASTM standards, specifically designed as wood cleated panelboard shipping boxes. The materials used include CDX plywood, 1 x 4, 2 x 4, 3 x 4, and 4 x 4 lumber, along with 3/8" CDX ply walls and a 1/2" CDX ply bottom constructed with #2 heat treated lumber. The crate includes a lid and comes fully assembled, though a screwdriver is needed for panel removal.
