The Hoffman E2PBX is an extra deep push button enclosure designed to accommodate 30.5mm and 22.5mm pushbuttons and switches, with additional depth for extra pushbutton contact blocks. Constructed from 16 or 14 gauge steel, the enclosure features continuously welded seams that are ground smooth, captivated cover screws that thread into sealed wells, and a grounding nut integrated into the body. It includes a bonding provision on the cover, an oil-resistant gasket, and factory-stamped 4-way pushbutton holes. The dimensions of the enclosure are 6.00 x 4.00 x 4.75 in. (152 x 102 x 121 mm), and larger sizes come with an internal detachable hinge that allows the cover to remain open during wiring, while still permitting immediate removal. Additionally, it provides external wall-mounting brackets for easy installation.
