The Hoffman CSD363612LG Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 36.00 x 36.00 x 12.00 inches and is designed specifically for machine control applications, featuring a streamlined design with flush quarter-turn latches and a durable finish. This enclosure is available in solid or window single-door and two-door landscape configurations, as well as flush-mount and sloped-top versions, offering flexibility in both application and mounting. Notable features include construction from 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel with seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth, corner-formed doors, easy-to-remove hinge pins, high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, and a minimum-width body flange that allows for maximum door opening of 210 degrees. The enclosure is equipped with an external formed body flange, panel mounting studs compatible with optional Concept panels and accessories, and mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets. Hidden hinges allow for a clean look, and doors can be easily removed using clip-style hinge pins. Additional specifications include a seamless foam-in-place gasket, quarter-turn slotted latch(es), door alignment devices for wider doors, grounding stud on the body, and a bonding provision on the door for enhanced safety. The hardware kit includes panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures feature a three-point latch system when the height is equal to or greater than 42 inches, while window-door models include a clear polycarbonate window that is flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends fully around the unit, and the two-door enclosures have an overlapping door design that ensures full-width access and a three-point latch system on right-hand hinged doors with a flush latch feature.
