The Hoffman CSD36368 is a Concept™ wall-mount enclosure made of steel with a gray finish, measuring 36.00x36.00x8.00 inches. This enclosure is designed for machine control applications and features a sleek design with flush quarter-turn latches. It is available in various configurations including solid or window single-door and two-door landscape options, as well as flush-mount and sloped-top versions, providing versatility for mounting and application. The enclosure is constructed from 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel, with continuously welded seams that are ground smooth, corner-formed doors, and easy-to-remove hinge pins equipped with a built-in captivation clip. It includes high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, a minimum-width body flange for a maximum door opening of 210 degrees, and an external formed body flange. Additionally, it features panel mounting studs to accommodate optional Concept panels and accessories, hidden hinges, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, and a quarter-turn slotted latch. The design allows for interchangeable doors that can be easily removed and includes a door alignment device for wider doors, four hinges for 60-inch high enclosures, a grounding stud on the body, and bonding provisions on the door except for window-door models. Hardware included consists of panel mounting nuts, panel grounding hardware, and sealing washers. The enclosures that have a height of 42 inches or more are equipped with a three-point latch system on single-door configurations, while window-door enclosures come with a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends entirely around the enclosure, and two-door enclosures feature an overlapping door design that ensures full-width access, as well as a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door.
