Concept™ enclosures are designed for machine control applications, featuring streamlined styling, flush quarter-turn latches, and a durable finish. They come in solid or window single-door and two-door landscape options, as well as flush-mount and sloped-top versions, offering flexibility in application and mounting. The two-door landscape models provide full-width access and facilitate easy panel installation. Key features include 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel construction with continuously welded and ground smooth seams, corner-formed doors, and easy-to-remove hinge pins with built-in captivation clips. Additional specifications include high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, a minimum-width body flange for maximum door opening (210 degrees), external formed body flange, panel mounting studs compatible with optional Concept panels and accessories, and mounting holes for optional external wall-mount brackets. The enclosures feature hidden hinges, interchangeable doors easily removed via clip-style hinge pins, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, quarter-turn slotted latch(es), and door alignment devices for doors wider than 30 in. Four hinges are included on 60-in.-high enclosures, along with a grounding stud on the body and a bonding provision on the door (excluding window-door models). Provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket are present on the right-hand hinged door of two-door models, and each kit includes a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures feature a three-point latch system when A is equal to or greater than 42 in. with a quarter-turn, slotted latch, while window-door enclosures have a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the enclosure, and two-door models possess an overlapping door design for full-width access, along with a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door, which comes with a flush slotted insert. Each enclosure includes an illustrated instruction sheet.
