The Hoffman CSD363016 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 36.00 x 30.00 x 16.00 inches and is constructed from durable gray steel. Designed for machine control applications, the enclosure features streamlined styling, flush quarter-turn latches, and is available in solid or window single-door and two-door landscape configurations, as well as flush-mount and sloped-top versions for versatile mounting options. Key features include 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel construction with continuously welded and ground smooth seams, corner-formed doors, and simple hinge pins that allow for easy removal and installation. The enclosure has high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, a minimum-width body flange enabling a maximum door opening of 210 degrees, and an external formed body flange. It is equipped with panel mounting studs compatible with optional Concept panels and accessories, as well as mounting holes for optional external wall-mount brackets. Other specifications include hidden hinges, seamless foam-in-place gaskets, quarter-turn slotted latches, and a door alignment device for doors wider than 30 inches; the 60-inch-high enclosures feature four hinges. Additionally, the enclosure includes a grounding stud on the body and bonding provisions on the door (excluding window-door models), provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on the right-hand hinged door of two-door models, and a hardware kit containing panel mounting nuts, panel grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures with a depth of 42 inches or greater feature a three-point latch system, while the window-door enclosures include a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface, and the two-door models feature an overlapping door design for full-width access coupled with a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door.
