The Hoffman CSD423610 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 42.00x36.00x10.00 inches and is constructed from gray steel, making it suitable for machine control applications. The enclosure features a streamlined design with flush quarter-turn latches and a durable finish, and it is available in various configurations, including solid or window single-door and two-door landscape models, as well as flush-mount and sloped-top versions for versatile application and mounting. Key attributes include options for 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel, continuously welded seams, corner-formed doors, and easy-to-remove hinge pins with built-in captivation clips. The enclosure is equipped with high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, a minimum-width body flange for a maximum door opening of 210 degrees, and an external formed body flange. It has panel mounting studs compatible with optional Concept panels and accessories, as well as mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets. Additional features include hidden hinges, interchangeable doors, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, quarter-turn slotted latches, and a door alignment device for doors wider than 30 inches. The enclosure is fitted with a grounding stud on the body and a bonding provision on the door (excluding window-door models), along with provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on right-hand hinged two-door models. It also includes a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts, panel grounding hardware, and sealing washers. The single-door enclosures feature a three-point latch system when A is equal to or greater than 42 inches, while window-door enclosures come with a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the enclosure, and two-door enclosures have an overlapping door design for full-width access, along with a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door.
