The Hoffman CSD20206 Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 20.00 in. x 20.00 in. x 6.00 in. and is constructed from durable steel featuring a gray finish. Concept™ enclosures are designed for machine control applications and come in various configurations including solid or window single-door and two-door landscape styles, as well as flush-mount and sloped-top options, offering flexibility in application and mounting. The enclosure features 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel options, continuously welded seams, corner-formed doors, and hinge pins that are easy to remove and install due to a built-in captivation clip. It includes high-torque threadless studs and fasteners, a minimum-width body flange for maximum door opening (210 degrees), an external formed body flange, and panel mounting studs compatible with optional Concept panels and accessories. Mounting holes are provided for external wall-mount brackets, and hidden hinges allow for a streamlined aesthetic. The doors are interchangeable and easily removable, equipped with a seamless foam-in-place gasket and quarter-turn slotted latches. For doors wider than 30 in., a door alignment device is included, while 60-in.-high enclosures feature four hinges. Additional features include a grounding stud on the body, a bonding provision on the door, options for a thermoplastic data pocket, and a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures with a height of 42 in. or greater utilize a three-point latch system, while window-door models come with a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around, and two-door enclosures offer an overlapping door design for full-width access, accompanied by a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door. This enclosure complies with relevant certification standards, ensuring quality and reliability in its applications.
