Concept™ enclosures are designed for machine control applications, featuring streamlined styling, flush quarter-turn latches, and a durable finish. These enclosures are available in solid or window configurations, with single-door and two-door landscape, flush-mount, and sloped-top versions, providing application versatility and mounting flexibility. The two-door landscape models offer full-width access and facilitate easy panel installation. Key attributes include options of 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel construction with continuously welded seams that are ground smooth, corner-formed doors, simple easy-to-remove hinge pins with built-in captivation clips, and high-torque threadless studs with fasteners on doors. Additionally, the minimum-width body flange allows for a maximum door opening of 210 degrees. The external formed body flange includes panel mounting studs compatible with optional Concept panels and accessories, with mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets. The enclosures feature hidden hinges, interchangeable doors that can be easily removed, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, and a quarter-turn slotted latch or a three-point latch system for added security. Optional features include provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on right-hand hinged doors for two-door models, a grounding stud on the body, and a bonding provision on doors (except window-door models). The hardware kit includes panel mounting nuts, panel grounding hardware, and sealing washers, while the single-door enclosures with a height of 42 inches or more have a three-point latch system. The window-door enclosures boast a clear polycarbonate window flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the enclosure, and the two-door enclosures are designed with an overlapping door configuration for optimal accessibility. The package includes an illustrated instruction sheet for straightforward installation.
