Concept™ enclosures are designed specifically for machine control applications, featuring streamlined styling, flush quarter-turn latches, and a durable finish. The enclosures are available in solid or window single-door and two-door landscape configurations, as well as flush-mount and sloped-top versions, offering flexibility in application and mounting options. The two-door landscape models provide full-width access and facilitate easy panel installation. Key attributes include 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel construction with seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth, corner-formed doors, and simple hinge pins that are easy to remove and install with built-in captivation clips. The enclosures also feature high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, a minimum-width body flange for maximum door opening (210 degrees), external formed body flanges, and panel mounting studs that fit optional Concept panels and other accessories. Mounting holes in the back facilitate the use of optional external wall-mount brackets, and hidden hinges allow for interchangeable and easily removable doors via clip-style hinge pins. The seamless foam-in-place gasket and quarter-turn slotted latch(es) ensure secure closure, while a door alignment device is included for doors wider than 30 inches. Enclosures that are 60 inches high are equipped with four hinges and a grounding stud on the body, with a bonding provision on the door, excluding window-door models. Additional provisions include a thermoplastic data pocket on the right-hand hinged door of two-door models, a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures possess a three-point latch system on those where dimension A is equal to or greater than 42 inches, along with a quarter-turn slotted latch. Window-door enclosures feature a clear polycarbonate window that is flush with the door surface. The mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the enclosure, while the two-door enclosures have an overlapping door design that gives full-width access and a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door.
