Extra-large pushbutton enclosures with panels are designed to hold 30.5-mm and 22.5-mm pushbuttons and switches, featuring a 2.50 in. (64 mm) center-to-center distance between pushbutton holes. The enclosures are constructed from 14 gauge steel with seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth. They include captivated cover screws that thread into sealed wells, a continuous hinge, and factory stamped 4-way pushbutton holes. An oil-resistant gasket ensures durability, while a removable 14 gauge panel provides added versatility, supported by weldnuts. The design also incorporates a bonding provision on the cover and external wall-mounting brackets for easy installation.
