The Hoffman A1210LP J Box is a Type 12 enclosure that features a lift-off cover and is constructed from steel with a gray finish. Its dimensions are 12.00 inches x 10.00 inches x 5.00 inches. The enclosure meets basic functionality requirements for housing controls and instrumentation, featuring a 16 or 14 gauge steel construction with continuously welded seams that are ground smooth. Additional features include external screw clamps, a bonding provision on the cover, and a chain that secures the cover to the box when removed. It is equipped with an oil-resistant gasket and weldnuts for mounting optional panels and terminal block kits that are 6.00 inches x 4.00 inches (152 x 102 mm) and larger. The enclosure also includes external wall-mounting brackets.
