The Hoffman CSD162010LG Concept™ wall-mount enclosure measures 16.00x20.00x10.00 inches and is designed for machine control applications with streamlined styling, flush quarter-turn latches, and a durable finish. This enclosure is available in solid or window single-door and two-door landscape configurations, allowing for application and mounting flexibility. It is constructed from 14, 16, or 18 gauge steel, featuring continuously welded seams, ground smooth for a clean finish, and corner-formed doors. The design includes simple, easy-to-remove hinge pins with a built-in captivation clip, high-torque threadless studs and fasteners for the door, and a minimum-width body flange to maximize the door opening to 210 degrees. Additional features include an external formed body flange, panel mounting studs compatible with optional Concept panels and accessories, and mounting holes in the back for optional external wall-mount brackets. The enclosure also has hidden hinges, interchangeable and removable doors secured by clip-style hinge pins, a seamless foam-in-place gasket, and a quarter-turn slotted latch system. For doors wider than 30 inches, a door alignment device is included, and four hinges are provided on 60-inch high enclosures. The enclosure offers a grounding stud on the body and a bonding provision on the door, except for window-door models. It is equipped with provisions for a thermoplastic data pocket on right-hand hinged doors in two-door models, along with a hardware kit containing panel mounting nuts, panel grounding hardware, and sealing washers. Single-door enclosures feature a three-point latch system where the height (A) is equal to or greater than 42 inches with a quarter-turn, slotted latch. The window-door enclosures include a clear polycarbonate window that is flush with the door surface, while the mounting frame on flush-mount enclosures extends completely around the enclosure. Two-door enclosures have an overlapping door design, providing full-width access, along with a three-point latch system on the right-hand hinged door furnished with a flush latch.
