The Scimatco 8 gallon Mini Stak-A-Cab™ flammable cabinet is a self-closing unit designed for safe laboratory chemical storage, with dimensions of 31"W x 14-1/2"D x 17"H. Constructed from 1" multi-ply exterior-grade plywood, this cabinet features wood construction that thermally insulates its contents from fire. It is designed for stacking or can be used as a stand-alone unit on laboratory benches. The cabinet's bright yellow finish ensures immediate identification, while the floor is constructed as a 2" liquid-tight trough, meeting OSHA requirements for secondary containment. The cabinet is supplied with two internal metal locks and is constructed to meet or exceed all applicable NFPA and OSHA standards. The self-closing door models adhere to the Uniform Fire Code standards, which are mandated in certain states including AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY.
