The Idem 134008 RMC coded non-contact switch with LED features 8way, 2NC 1NO, QC M12. It is part of the Stainless Steel 316 Hygiecode range designed for non-contact guard door interlocking in food processing, pharmaceutical, packaging, and petrochemical industries. With a wide 14mm sensing high tolerance to misalignment, mirror polished finish to RA4, and IP69K rating for high-pressure hosing at high temperature, it is suitable for CIP and SIP cleaning. Designed according to EHEDG guidelines for hygienic design, it is versatile for various environments subject to high levels of cleaning after contamination. Various mounting styles are available to cover different levels of food contact, with the switch meeting requirements for direct contact and splash zones, as well as universal 22mm fixing centers and M30 thread for certain food contact zones. The switch features a circular body and actuator for durable performance.
