The Jet® JSH Series Electric Chain Hoist features a 1/8 ton capacity with a 20 ft. lift, designed for 1 phase, 115V applications in light duty commercial and industrial settings. It combines safety, durability, and portability, thanks to its lightweight die cast aluminum housing. This hoist is equipped with a slip clutch overload protection mechanism to prevent lifting loads beyond its rated capacity and a built-in thermal overload protection system that prevents overheating. Safety features include an industry-proven magnetic disk brake for rapid stops and secure load holding, along with upper and lower limit switches to prevent over traveling of the load chain. It boasts a single-phase motor with an H3 duty rating and a 25% duty cycle. The durability of the hoist is ensured by its heat-treated alloy steel gear train, which is housed in a maintenance-free sealed oil bath, allowing for easy transportation and long-lasting performance. The Jet® JSH Series Electric Hoist is also available in 1/4 ton capacity with standard lifts of 10, 15, and 20 feet, and custom lifts can be arranged.
