The clear cleaner for ABS, PVC, and CPVC pipe and fittings is a low-V.O.C. solvent cement that complies with California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) 1168/316A and BAAQMD Method 40, along with various environmental requirements. It is designed for use with all schedules and all diameters of pipe and fittings. This cleaner flows freely and evaporates quickly, making it fast-acting for the removal of surface dirt, grease, and grime.
