The kit includes a high-visibility waterproof jacket that meets ANSI 107 Class 3 standards, featuring 2-inch reflective tapes strategically placed around the torso, sleeves, and across the shoulders for enhanced visibility. Constructed from waterproof fluorescent lime-green 300D polyester Oxford fabric, the jacket reverses to a 300D Oxford black lining and includes waterproof taped seams, double-layer reversible storm flaps, and snap closures. Additional features include adjustable cuffs with Velcro® brand straps, two slash pass-through slits with Velcro® brand closures on the side seams, an ID badge and microphone tab on the left chest, and a cell phone pocket on the right chest.
