The kit includes Kevlar® phenolic vanes for increased longevity and features a lightweight ergonomic design that enhances comfort and control during operation. It incorporates a one-piece spindle that ensures all rotating components remain on the same centerline, resulting in reduced run-out and lower vibration levels, thereby improving operator comfort. All models are equipped with air passages for continuous cooling of the gear box, contributing to longer gear life. The pinion is piloted on the rotor to further minimize run-out, while a needle bearing ensures proper shaft alignment. A dual wick lubrication system, saturated with gear oil, provides extended gear life exceeding 700 hours by administering the optimal amount of lubricant to the metal gears. This product boasts the highest horsepower and torque levels among similar competitive offerings, and its governor-controlled motor maintains consistent speed under load. The package includes both 1/4" and 6mm collet inserts and serves as a replacement for models 52315 and 52318.
