The Dynabrade 52657 is a 7" diameter right angle disc sander featuring a powerful 1.3 HP (970 W) motor that operates at 6,000 RPM, making it ideal for various grinding and material removal applications in industries such as metal/stainless steel fabrication, composites, masonry, ironwork, and general welding. The kit includes a 51151 backing pad with a 7" (178 mm) diameter, along with mounting hardware, and it accepts optional 7" (178 mm) diameter abrasive discs with a 7/8" (22 mm) center hole. This right angle sander is designed with a vibration dampening side handle that minimizes vibration transfer to the operator and can be removed for left or right-hand use. It features a 360-degree rotational exhaust system that directs exhaust away from the operator, a safety-lock throttle lever to prevent accidental start-up, and an insulated throttle handle that mitigates cold air transmission to the operator's hand. The adjustable handle position enhances comfort and efficiency, while the wick-lube system promotes longer gear life with simple lubrication. All models come with gear oil and a gear oil gun. The unit is constructed with cast aluminum for durability and replaces models 50349 and 50347.
