The Hoffman A36H3008SSLP3PT is a continuous hinge enclosure featuring a 3-point latch, designed to meet Type 4X specifications, with dimensions of 36.00 x 30.00 x 8.00 inches, constructed from 12-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It is engineered for housing systems that incorporate large components or complex mounting configurations, providing industry-leading protection against dust, dirt, oil, and water. The enclosure is ideal for machine tool applications, housing equipment such as motor starters, drives, contactors, and PLCs, and is widely used in automotive, pulp and paper, wood products, textile, and similar industries. Notable features include continuously welded and ground smooth seams, welded stiffeners to maintain flatness, heavy-duty Type 316 stainless steel lifting eyes, and a plated steel 3-point latching system with a keylocking handle.
