The Hoffman A36H3012SSLP3PT is a continuous hinge enclosure designed with a 3-point latch and classified as Type 4X, measuring 36.00 x 30.00 x 12.00 inches. Constructed from either 12 gauge Type 304 or 316L stainless steel, this enclosure features backs made of 10 or 12 gauge stainless steel with X-Form stiffeners. The seams are continuously welded and ground smooth, ensuring no holes or knockouts are present. A removable center post facilitates easy panel installation, and collar studs are provided for mounting optional panels, with panel supports included. The heavy-duty lifting eyes are made of Type 316L stainless steel, and the 3-point latching mechanism is operated by Type 316L stainless steel PowerGlide padlocking handles. The body flange trough collar prevents the ingress of liquids and contaminants, while heavy-duty stainless steel continuous hinges support each door. Bonding provisions on the doors and grounding studs on the body enhance safety, and an accessory mounting channel is provided in the enclosure top. A high-impact thermoplastic data pocket is included, along with 12-inch (305-mm) removable floor stands that are bolted to the enclosure. The seamless foam-in-place one-piece gasket provides an oil-tight and dust-tight seal against contaminants, and the external hardware is manufactured from Type 316 stainless steel, making this enclosure ideal for highly-corrosive environments such as petrochemical plants, pulp and paper processing facilities, water treatment plants, and food, pharmaceutical, and packaging applications.
