The Hoffman CP374012 Concept™ HMI Enclosure, featuring Black Trim and classified as Type 4, measures 375x400x120mm and is designed for use in both indoor and outdoor corrosive environments that require a water-tight seal. The enclosure is constructed with 14 gauge Type 304 or Type 316L stainless steel bodies and doors, with seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth for durability. It includes a seamless foam-in-place gasket and screw-down clamps that provide a secure seal against contaminants, along with a rolled lip around three sides of the door. The stainless steel door clamp assembly, hasp and staple for padlocking, and door removal facilitated by a stainless steel continuous hinge pin enhance security and functionality. The high-impact thermoplastic data pocket allows for easy access to important information, while collar studs are provided for mounting optional panels. Additionally, the exterior hardware on Type 316L stainless steel enclosures matches the enclosure material, and there is a bonding provision on the door along with a grounding stud on the body to ensure compliance with safety standards.
