This enclosure is designed for use in indoor and outdoor corrosive environments that require a water-tight seal, featuring a seamless foam-in-place gasket and screw-down clamps for a secure seal against contaminants. It includes a 14 gauge Type 304 or Type 316L stainless steel body and door, with seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth. The design incorporates a rolled lip around three sides of the door and a stainless steel door clamp assembly, along with a hasp and staple for padlocking. The door can be easily removed by pulling the stainless steel continuous hinge pin, while a data pocket made of high-impact thermoplastic is provided. Collar studs are included for mounting optional panels, and the exterior hardware on Type 316L stainless steel enclosures matches the enclosure material. Additionally, there is a bonding provision on the door and a grounding stud on the body.
