The Hoffman A20H2006SSLP is a continuous hinge enclosure equipped with clamps, classified as type 4X, and measures 20.00 in x 20.00 in x 6.00 in. It is constructed from stainless steel type 304, and the PharmaPro™ enclosures are specifically designed for the pharmaceutical industry, featuring a flush mounting system and a low RA value finish that minimizes surface crevices for thorough wipe-downs while eliminating areas where contaminants can accumulate. The enclosure body is manufactured from 14 gauge type 304 stainless steel, the mounting flange from 10 gauge type 316L stainless steel, and both the screw cover and hinged door from 12 gauge type 316L stainless steel. The seams are continuously welded and ground smooth, with type 316L stainless steel lift-off hinges used with the hinged door, and type 316L stainless steel slotted oval-head fasteners used for the screw cover. Additionally, the enclosure features stainless steel quarter-turn latches for the hinged door, an FDA-approved silicone gasket, a grounding stud on the body, and a bonding provision on the cover or door.
