The Hoffman A16H1606SSLP is a continuous hinge enclosure designed for the pharmaceutical industry, featuring a type 4X rating and dimensions of 16.00 x 12.00 x 6.00 inches. The Pharmapro™ enclosures are specifically engineered with flush mounting and a low RA value finish to minimize surface crevices, facilitating thorough wipe-downs and preventing contamination accumulation. The mounting system ensures the enclosure is flush and tight against the wall, suitable for installation on block or stud walls. The enclosure body is constructed from 14 gauge type 304 stainless steel, while the mounting flange is made from 10 gauge type 316L stainless steel. The screw cover and hinged door are crafted from 12 gauge type 316L stainless steel, with seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth. Lift-off hinges are made from type 316L stainless steel, paired with slotted oval-head fasteners for the screw cover, and stainless steel quarter-turn latches are utilized with the hinged door. Additionally, the enclosure includes an FDA-approved silicone gasket, a grounding stud on the body, and a bonding provision on the cover or door.
