The Hoffman A36H3612SS6LP is a continuous hinge enclosure with clamps, designed for Type 4X applications, and features dimensions of 36.00 x 36.00 x 12.00 inches, constructed from SS Type 316L. This Inline™ enclosure allows for the full-width mounting of electrical components in a landscape orientation. It includes a robust 14 gauge Type 304 stainless steel body and a 16 gauge Type 304 stainless steel door, with seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth. The enclosure is equipped with an external formed body flange trough and a large perimeter body opening for enhanced access. The mounting brackets are spot-welded to the top and bottom of the enclosure and feature predrilled mounting holes, with the option for customer-specific location holes to enhance flexibility. A seamless foam-in-place gasket ensures a secure sealing. The enclosure also includes an M6 ground stud with a base flange on the body and an M6 bonding provision with a base flange on the door. The furnished hardware kit comprises panel mounting screws and grounding hardware. Additionally, the hinged door features removable hinge pins and a self-grounding quarter-turn latch system with a double seal, allowing it to open a full 180 degrees. For window door models, a 3/16 inch (4.8 mm) clear polycarbonate window is mounted flush with the door surface.
