Inline™ enclosures are designed to combine aesthetic styling with functionality, featuring flush latches and a stroked finish. The enclosures come with an outward formed body flange that prevents contaminants from entering and are available in three cover styles: hinged window door, hinged solid door, and solid screw cover. They are constructed with 16 gauge covers and doors, and 14 gauge bodies made of either Type 304 or 316L stainless steel, with seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth. The design includes an external formed body flange trough, a large perimeter body opening, and fastening holes for direct mounting or optional external mounting brackets. Additionally, a seamless foam-in-place gasket ensures protection against contaminants, while an M6 bonding provision on the cover and an M6 ground stud in the body are included for grounding purposes. The furnished hardware kit consists of panel mounting screws, grounding hardware, and sealing washers for wall-mounting holes. The Inline screw-cover enclosures feature captivated Type 316 stainless steel cover screws with durable composite sealing bushings and integral compression stops for optimal gasket compression. The hinged-door enclosures allow for a 180-degree door opening, come with removable Type 316 stainless steel hinge pins, and utilize a standard self-grounding, slotted, quarter-turn Type 316 stainless steel latch system with a double seal. For the window-door enclosures, a 3/16-in. (4.8-mm) clear polycarbonate window is flush-mounted with the cover surface, maintaining the same 180-degree door opening and hinge pin removability as the hinged-door enclosures while also using the self-grounding latch system.
