The Husky Rack & Velox Guard Panel measures 1' 10"W x 2'H and comes in a black finish. The Wireway Husky Velox Guard machine enclosures offer the right level of protection while being versatile and affordable. These panels can be trimmed in the field to adapt to changes in dimensions, irregularities in the floor or wall, custom conveyor or lift systems, and overhead piping or obstructions. They can be installed at angles other than 90 degrees, providing flexibility in design and efficient use of space. The patented hook design ensures fast and easy installation, with separate hooks that slip onto 2-1/2 square posts and lock securely. The posts are anchored to the floor with 3/8-inch thick pads. Stock panels are available for 6 ft. and 8 ft. heights, while panels for 7 ft. are installed by stacking one panel over another using special welded connectors. Each panel features connectors that engage with openings punched in the line posts, and the welded wire mesh modular panels are reinforced with in-line folded flutes for added rigidity. The mesh is constructed from 2x2 8-gauge welded steel wire. The panels, doors, and line posts receive a single coat of high-quality polyurethane paint, with yellow posts and black panels. Necessary hardware, including masonry lag bolts for installation, is included. The product comes with a 1-year limited warranty, and sketches and drawings can be submitted for manufacturer assistance in selecting the correct sizes to configure the desired room dimensions.
