The Husky Rack & Velox Guard Panel measures 2' 10"W x 2'H and is designed in black. These wireway Husky Velox Guard machine enclosures offer the necessary protection while being attractive, versatile, and affordable. The panels can be trimmed in the field to accommodate changes in dimensions, floor or wall irregularities, custom conveyor or lift systems, as well as overhead piping or obstructions. They can also be attached to posts at angles other than 90 degrees, providing greater flexibility in the guard shape, which allows for more efficient space utilization. The patented hook design facilitates fast and easy installation, with separate hooks that easily slip onto 2-1/2 square posts and lock securely, while the post is anchored to the floor with 3/8 thick pads. Stock panels are available in heights of 6 ft. and 8 ft., and panels for 7 ft. are installed by stacking one panel over another using special welded connectors. Each panel features connectors to vertical framing members that engage with openings punched in the line posts. The welded wire mesh modular panels are reinforced with in-line folded flutes for added rigidity, constructed from 2x2 8-gauge welded steel wire mesh. All panels, doors, and line posts are finished with one coat of high-quality polyurethane paint, with yellow posts and black panels. Necessary hardware, including masonry lag bolts required for installation, is provided. The product includes a 1-year limited warranty, and sketches and drawings can be submitted for manufacturer assistance in selecting the correct sizes to configure the desired room dimensions.
