The Husky Rack & Velox Guard Panel measures 5' 10"W x 2'H and features a black finish. This wireway machine enclosure provides a versatile and affordable solution for protection, with panels that can be trimmed in the field to fit various dimensions, accommodate floor or wall irregularities, and integrate with custom conveyor or lift systems as well as overhead piping or obstructions. The panels can be attached at angles other than 90 degrees, enhancing spatial efficiency. A patented hook design facilitates fast and easy installation, with separate hooks that securely attach to 2-1/2 square posts. The posts are anchored to the floor using 3/8 thick pads. Stock panels are available for 6 ft. and 8 ft. heights, while 7 ft. panels are created by stacking two panels with special welded connectors. Each panel includes connectors that engage with vertical framing members through openings in the line posts. The welded wire mesh modular panels are reinforced with in-line folded flutes for added rigidity and are constructed from 2x 2 8-gauge welded steel wire mesh. All panels, doors, and line posts are finished with a coat of high-quality polyurethane paint (yellow posts and black panels). The kit includes necessary hardware, including masonry lag bolts, for installation and comes with a 1-year limited warranty. The manufacturer also offers assistance in selecting the correct sizes to configure the desired room dimensions through sketches and drawings.
