The Extech 475055-NIST high capacity force gauge features ranges of 0.05 to 100 kg, 0.05 to 220 lbs, and 0.2 to 980 newtons with a basic accuracy of 0.5%. It operates in tension or compression modes and includes peak hold and zero functions, along with a positive/reverse display for easy readability. The device is equipped with a large LCD with a backlight feature and has an RS-232 PC interface with optional software available (407001). The kit includes tension and compression adapters, 6x AA batteries, a case, and an NIST certificate.
