Now including continuous USB output for force vs. time data collection, the Series 3 digital force gauges are designed for tension and compression force testing in various applications with a capacity range of 0.12 lbf to 500 lbf (0.5 N to 2500 N). These gauges feature a high-speed sampling rate of 2,000 Hz, ensuring accurate results under diverse test conditions. A large backlit graphic LCD displays important information, and the user-friendly menu allows access to configurable parameters. For data collection, USB output is available, and set point indicators facilitate pass-fail testing. The gauges are protected against overload to 150% of their capacity, and an analog load bar graph provides a visual representation of the applied force. An ergonomic and reversible aluminum housing allows for both hand-held use and mounting on test stands. The Series 3 digital force gauges are compatible with Mark-10 test stands, grips, and software. The kit includes Mesur™ Lite data acquisition software for the tabulation of continuous or individual data points, a one-click export to Excel feature for data manipulation, a carrying case, chisel, cone, V-groove, hook, flat, and extension rod attachments, a universal voltage AC adapter, a rechargeable battery, a quick-start guide, a USB cable, a resource CD (containing the USB driver, Mesur™ Lite software, Mesur™ gauge demo software, and user's guide), and a NIST-traceable certificate of calibration. The gauges provide three selectable units of measurement, configurable audio alarms, and key tones, while peak readings and set points are always displayed.
