Now including continuous USB output for force vs. time data collection, the Series 3 digital force gauges are engineered for tension and compression force testing across various applications, supporting a force range from 0.12 lbf to 500 lbf (0.5 N to 2500 N). These gauges boast a high-speed sampling rate of 2,000 Hz, ensuring accurate results in diverse testing conditions. The large characters on the backlit graphic LCD facilitate easy reading of data, while a menu allows users to navigate through the gauges' features and configurable parameters. The inclusion of USB output supports data collection, and the set point indicators aid in pass-fail testing. Built with overload protection up to 150% of capacity, the display also features an analog load bar for a graphical representation of the applied force. Designed with an ergonomic, reversible aluminum housing, the gauges can be used handheld or mounted on test stands for more complex testing needs. They are directly compatible with Mark-10 test stands, grips, and software. Each gauge comes with Mesur™ Lite data acquisition software for tabulation of continuous or individual data points and includes a one-click export to Excel feature for enhanced data manipulation. The kit includes a carrying case, chisel, cone, V-groove, hook, flat, and extension rod attachments, a universal voltage AC adapter, rechargeable battery, quick-start guide, USB cable, a resource CD containing the USB driver and software, and a NIST-traceable certificate of calibration. The gauges also feature three selectable units of measurement, configurable audio alarms and key tones, live load bar graph with set point markers, and peak readings with set points always displayed.
