The Series TT01 cap torque testers are designed to measure the application and removal torque of bottle caps, featuring adjustable posts that effectively grip a broad range of container shapes and sizes, with optional flat and adjustable jaws available for unique profiles. The rugged aluminum design and intuitive operation allow use in both laboratory and production environments. The TT01 provides class-leading accuracy of +/- 0.3% and a high-speed sampling rate of 7,000 Hz, ensuring reliable and consistent test results even in quick-action applications. It includes sophisticated productivity-enhancing features such as USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog outputs, automatic data output and zeroing upon cap removal, memory storage for 1,000 readings, and pass/fail indicators and outputs. Password protection prevents unauthorized changes to settings and calibration. Series TT01 testers come with Mesur™ Lite data acquisition software, which tabulates continuous or single point data, and allows data stored in the TT01's memory to be downloaded in bulk, with one-click export to Excel for further data manipulation. The kit includes a universal voltage AC adapter, battery, quick-start guide, USB cable, and a resource CD (US).
