The crimping tool features a two-speed ram that advances quickly and shifts to a lower speed to ensure a complete crimp. It is designed with strong, lightweight fiberglass handles and a push button that allows for easy insertion and removal of dies. The C-style head is equipped with a 1.4-inch opening, facilitating easy placement on connectors. The tool is supplied in a durable, molded plastic carrying case and is compatible with Greenlee KC12, KA12, and KD12 dies, as well as various industry-standard dies. It is UL and CUL classified for use with Anderson, Blackburn, FCI Burndy, ILSCO, Panduit, Penn-Union, and Thomas and Betts copper and aluminum color-coded lugs and splices when used with Greenlee KC12 and KA12 crimping dies. The aforementioned brands are registered trademarks. The kit includes the molded carrying case.
