The tool features hardened blades for increased cutting longevity and a 350 rotating head that enables cutting at any angle. Weighing just 6 lb., it is 50% lighter than traditional bolt cutters, offering a well-balanced in-line design that improves operator posture during use. It is capable of cutting soft steel locks and bolt seals up to 3/8" in diameter, having been lab tested to cut Tydenbrooks® Snap Tracker bolt seals. With a cutting force of 6 tons, it significantly reduces the risk of injury associated with manual high-force exertion. The double-click safety feature prevents unintentional cuts, while an integrated LED light enhances visibility in the work area. The tool is powered by an 18V Li-ion 4.0 amp hour battery that allows for more cuts per 45-minute charge. The kit includes one 6 ton tool, a CJB cutting jaw, a 120V charger, two 4.0 Ah batteries, and a case.
