The product is designed to protect floors from intense heat, hot coals, ashes, and soot generated by wood stoves, as well as serving under other heating appliances such as kerosene, gas, and electric heaters. It also functions as a stove board/hearth extender to safeguard flooring in front of fireplaces. Certified by C US, these stove boards can be utilized as wall shields to protect walls from heat; however, non-UL stove boards are not suitable for this purpose. The product has been tested to UL1618 Type 2 standards. It comes with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, which does not cover all painted finishes (such as color variations, fading, scratches, or discoloration) and minor dents or imperfections. This warranty is applicable to products that are installed properly and used in accordance with the intended purpose.
