Kellogg's two-stage air compressor pumps are built using solid modeling creation and precision CNC machining, honing, and grinding, ensuring robust performance for heavy-duty industrial applications. The pumps feature a durable design with 100% run duty cycles and are capable of operating for over 8000 hours, thanks to B10 bearings. The pistons are constructed from forged aluminum alloy for low pressure and precision cast iron for high pressure, while the crankcases are made from precision machined iron with CNC ground bearing journals. Swedish steel valves are used in the assembly, which are stress relieved and equipped with lapped discs for enhanced longevity. The kit includes head unloaders for dual control operation, making it suitable for various applications. Kellogg manufactures different styles, ranging from the classic Kellogg American design to the popular Saylor Beall style pump, offering versatility to meet diverse user needs.
