The Model 191XL is a hazardous location flashing signal light equipped with a super bright LED array utilizing XLT™ (Extreme Light Technology), available in 120VAC and blue. This unit operates in standard flashing mode but can be field configured to steady burn mode for enhanced functionality. It is certified by UL, ensuring compliance with Type 4X watertight and corrosion-resistant requirements, and is rated IP66. The light is mounted on an aluminum base designed for a 3/4 inch pipe and is protected with electrostatically applied (e-coated) epoxy paint for added corrosion resistance. A dome guard protects the glass dome from accidental impacts, such as collisions with forklifts. The intense light output from Federal Signal's LED array offers a service life of 60,000 hours, along with increased shock and vibration resistance that enhances its suitability for rugged industrial environments. The 191XL is UL listed for Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D; Class II Division 1, Groups E, F, and G; and Class III. It also comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
