The Model 225XL is a hazardous location flashing signal light equipped with a super bright LED array utilizing Extreme Light Technology (XLT). It operates on 24VAC/DC and is available in amber. The unit comes standard in flashing mode but can be field-configured to steady burn mode for enhanced functionality. The 225XL has been certified by UL, meeting Type 4X watertight and corrosion-resistant requirements, and is rated for Division 2 applications. It features a black polyurethane-coated base and an inner Fresnel lens in amber, while the clear polycarbonate outer dome allows for easy access during lamp changes or inspections. The LED array produces intense light output with a lifespan of 60,000 hours, and the unit offers increased shock and vibration resistance, making it suitable for industrial environments. The 225XL is UL listed for Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D; Class II Division 2, Groups F and G; and Class III, making it ideal for use in wet, corrosive atmospheres such as those found in food processing industries or any location requiring a vibration-resistant visual signal. It comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
