The Federal Signal MicroStat® is a compact, Type 4X status indicator, Type 1, designed for OEM applications. The kit includes a pre-assembled unit with 3 high light segments in red, amber, and green, featuring O-rings between each segment for a water-tight and dust-tight seal. The MSL3 operates at 120VAC and allows for surface or pipe mounting (3/4-inch NPT) at the base of each light. Its lenses lock together and snap apart with a simple twisting motion, facilitating easy lamp changes and quick lens resequencing. Each lens is filled with light from a rugged, vibration-resistant, thick-filament wedge lamp that ensures excellent optical performance. Wire connections use a 2-piece terminal block, and the MicroStat is compatible with PLC outputs, including TRIACs. The lamp is constructed with surface-mounted LEDs, which plug directly into the same socket as the standard lamp, and an optional sound module can be installed in the top position of any MicroStat. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
