Chemsol's high-technology safety coatings are engineered to solve a variety of problems at the industrial, commercial, and residential levels. Our products are nonslip/nonskid with a high coefficient of friction in both wet and dry conditions, and they are designed for easy application and cleaning. The coatings are suitable for indoor or outdoor use and are proven performers when the surface is properly prepared for epoxy application, utilizing nonslip topcoats with the appropriate substrate-dependent primer system. These coatings can be applied to wood (using a waterborne primer), concrete (waterborne primer), metal (metal primer), fiberglass (metal primer), PVC (metal primer), and asphalt (acrylic primer). Chemsol 75 is a waterborne, one-component product that is ideal for heavy pedestrian and light vehicle traffic, featuring quick dry time and UV resistance. The coatings can be textured to user preference, allowing for either a rough or flat finish, and they are extremely durable, environmentally friendly, and low in VOC and HAP emissions. Typical applications include cart paths, loading docks, ramps, sidewalks, walkways, and steps.
